This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions for all bookings made through Mahadev Tourism<\/strong>. By using our services, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Payment Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

  • All bookings require an advance payment<\/strong> to confirm the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The remaining amount must be paid before or at the start of the journey<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Government taxes and additional charges (if applicable) will be added to the final bill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled travel time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in full or partial deduction<\/strong> of the booking amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For hotel bookings, tour packages, or third-party services, cancellation charges depend on the respective partner\u2019s policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If a vehicle has already been dispatched, fuel charges and driver allowances will be deducted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      3. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Advance payments are generally non-refundable<\/strong>, except in special cases mentioned below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5\u20137 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Refunds may be eligible only if:\n
          \n
        • The booking is cancelled by Mahadev Tourism due to operational issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The trip cannot be completed due to vehicle breakdown and no alternate vehicle is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The hotel or partner service provider is unable to confirm the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          4. No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • If the customer is not available at the pickup location and does not respond for 30 minutes, the booking will be marked as No-Show<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • No-show bookings are not eligible for refunds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            5. Changes & Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12\u201324 hours before the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Rescheduling is subject to availability of vehicle, driver, and date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Additional charges may apply for changes in destination, duration, or distance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              6. Unforeseen Circumstances<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

              Mahadev Tourism is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Political events<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Border restrictions (for Nepal routes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Natural calamities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Roadblocks or traffic<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Government orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                In such cases, refunds will be processed based on actual expenses and partner policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                7. Driver & Vehicle Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • If a customer is unhappy with the assigned driver or vehicle, they must inform us at the start of the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Replacement will be provided based on availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Once the trip begins, no refund will be issued for driver\/vehicle preference issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  8. Third-Party Services<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                  For hotels, sightseeing permits, and partner-operated services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Charges once paid to the vendor may not be refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Refunds depend on each vendor\u2019s policy, over which Mahadev Tourism has no control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
